Our Candle Lamps warm the jar candle from the top down, melting only about an inch or two at a time. The fragrance releases in minutes and the candle lasts many hours longer than burning. Since the entire candle is not melted, no matter how long you leave it on, the wick is not displaced. If you decide to burn it later, you still are able to do so.
